Our services
Full Training
A combination of six services a week between professional rides and lessons. Schooling rides, lunging and turn outs will be provided other days. Management of vet and farrier care included.
Monthly | $850
Boarding
12x16 Box Stall, Includes premium hay fed morning and night, choices of Teff or Alfalfa, Timothy is available at an additional cost. Grain and supplements are fed. Stall cleaning daily. Five bags of shavings per week are included, additional shavings can be purchased at $10 per bag.

Sales, Leases & Purchases
10% commission on all sales, purchases, and full leases plus all travel related expenses while shopping.
Full Care
Tacking and untacking for lessons, mane pulling and maintenance clipping, Ice Therapy as needed, Barn Supplies, and all Laundry.

Horse Shows
Day rate for horses in full training- $60
Day rate for horses not in full training, includes half leased horses - $75
Grooming (Mandatory at all shows) - $100 per day
Medications- Based on the horses’ individual needs and billed at cost
Weekly Set Up Fee- $75
Hauling: Dependent on Location
Extras:
Body Clipping - $250
Blanketing- $50 per month, during winter months
Lessons
For Students who do not own or full lease.
ASTM approved riding helmet and boots with a heel are required, safety vests are optional. 24 hour cancellation policy is required to reschedule lessons.

Half leases
Designed as a step up from regular lessons for those who have interest in riding more often, having the same horse available for every lesson and/or who want to show. Lessons are in addition to the lease, and students are required to take a minimum of two lessons per week to be able to lease. Half leases entitles you to 3 set days per week. Lessons must be taken on 2 of those days. Lessons can be made up if 24 hour notice is given, unused lease days are not available to make up. Half lease horses may attend an occasional local horse show.
